First time playing

Just played the game for the first time and it seems pretty fun. Had been playing Bingo Crack but there were so many problems with it that I thought Id try something new.

Ive played the game for a couple of days now and it is very difficult to get additional gems to continue to play. The tutorial talks about buying more gems but the game doesnt offer that option. One collects lots of coins, but for what purpose?
